Fitness Classes with Molly!

Molly is also a certified group fitness instructor and has a passion for bringing people together through fitness.  Molly has created her own class, "Kick and Tone", a hybrid choreographed kickboxing class that leaves participants sweaty and stress free! Recently, Molly has created another unique class called "Reset with Molly" that allows participants to observe both their mind and body, how they are connected, and reset for the week ahead through light mobility work, deep stretching, and mindfulness practices, as well as "Bend and Balance" a challenging no equipment/low impact class. Molly has taught at the WMU Student Recreation Center in Kalamazoo, MI and L.O.L. Health and Fitness in Goshen, IN. Molly believes that fitness provides endless health benefits for all body types and skill levels, and hopes that those who take her classes leave as their best and most confident self!

Currently, Molly is studying to become an ACE certified personal trainer.
